Timis ("we," "our," or "us") provides a human resources management software service that helps organizations manage employee absences and work permits. The service is provided on a subscription basis.

2. Subscription and Payment

Our service is billed on a monthly basis. Payment is required in advance for each billing period. If payment is not received, we reserve the right to suspend access to the service.

3. Data Collection and Privacy

To provide our services, we collect and process certain employee data, including but not limited to:

• Basic personal information
• Employment contract details
• Probation dates
• Government identification numbers
• Work permit information
• Leave and absence records

We process this data in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable data protection laws.

4. Customer Obligations

You agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information
• Maintain the confidentiality of your account credentials
• Obtain necessary consents from employees for data collection
• Use the service in compliance with applicable laws

5. Data Security

We implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your data. However, no method of transmission over the Internet is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

6. Service Availability

While we strive for high availability, we do not guarantee uninterrupted access to the service. We reserve the right to perform maintenance or updates that may cause temporary service interruptions.

7. Termination

You may terminate your subscription at any time. Upon termination, you will have 30 days to export your data. After this period, we may delete your data from our systems.

8. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify you of significant changes via email or through the service.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of the service.
